What Slotlounge Does With Your Personal Data
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy covers visitors and registered members of the Slotlounge casino. In it, “we” means the casino. We decide why and how the personal data of members is processed, and in that respect we act as the controller.
Where our responsibility ends
Banks, card processors, wallet providers and game developers keep their own policies. When a payment page or a game opens inside our casino, the provider concerned answers for the data it collects there.
Data that comes to us
| Source | Examples |
|---|---|
| You, at registration | Name, date of birth, address, email address and mobile number |
| You, for verification | Identity, address and payment-method documents |
| You, in contact | Messages in live chat and at [email protected] |
| Your play | Deposits, withdrawals, stakes, wins, bonus balances, with dates |
| Your device | Device type, browser, language setting, login times and the internet address used |
| Payment providers | Confirmation of a payment, the method and the amount, but never the full card number or security code |
We do not ask for your password in chat or by email, and we do not request a card security code outside the payment form of the cashier.
What each kind of data is used for
- Running the account. Registration data and transaction records open the account, keep the balance correct, pay out winnings and let us answer questions.
- Verification. We compare documents with account data, check that the player is an adult and keep a record of the check.
- Prevention of misuse. We review transaction patterns for payment fraud and duplicate accounts.
- Legal duties. Some records are kept because law or a financial partner requires it.
- Improvement. We analyse use of pages and games in aggregate form, so that errors are found and the lobby is easier to use.
- Messages. We send service messages about the account. Marketing messages are sent only with the member’s agreement and stop when the member writes to us.
Cookies
Some cookies keep a session signed in, remember the language and protect the login form; without them the casino does not work. Cookies that measure use of the pages are set only as far as the rules of the member’s country allow, and browser settings can block or delete them.
Who else receives data
| Recipient | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Payment providers | The data needed for a payment | To carry out deposits and withdrawals |
| Service providers | Only what the task requires | Hosting, email, chat, verification, on our instruction |
| Courts and authorities | Data we are obliged to disclose | Where the law requires it |
We do not sell the personal data of members.
How long data stays
While the account is open we keep its data. Verification documents serve the check and the records the law requires, and nothing else. After closure, records we must keep stay for the required period, and the rest is deleted or made anonymous when no longer needed.
How data is protected
Connections to the casino are encrypted, access to member data is limited to staff who need it, and passwords are stored in protected form. A strong password, a screen lock on the phone and a private email address reduce the risk of misuse, and we advise changing the password at once if a device has been lost.
Data in other countries
Some providers we use work in other countries. Where data leaves the member’s country, we require the provider to protect it to the standard that applies to us.
What you can ask of us
A member may ask for a copy of the data we hold, correction of wrong data, deletion where no legal duty requires retention, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent given for marketing. We confirm the identity of the person who writes, so that data is not released to a third party, and we reply in writing.
Younger visitors
Our casino is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the legal age for gambling, and we delete such data when we learn of it.
Changes to this policy
When we change the policy, we update the date above, and we announce material changes to members by email.
Your choices in plain terms
A member can decide whether to receive marketing, whether to allow measuring cookies and whether to keep an account open. A member cannot decide that we keep no payment records at all, because the law requires some of them. Where the law gives a choice, we describe it above, and where it does not, we say so.
How we handle a request from a member
- The member writes to [email protected] from the registered address and names the right concerned.
- We confirm that the request comes from the account holder.
- We gather the data, or prepare the correction or deletion, that the request covers.
- We answer in writing and state what was done and what, if anything, must be kept because the law requires it.
Security incidents
If an incident ever affects the personal data of members, we inform the members concerned and the authority the law names, and we say what happened and what a member can do to protect the account. Members who suspect misuse of their account should write to us at once.
Requests and complaints
Requests about personal data go to [email protected]. A member who is not satisfied with our reply may turn to the data protection authority of his or her country.
